POLICY:

  • Liberty Mills Limited does not engage in or support the use of Corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse.
  • Liberty Mills Limited discourages any practice of fine or penalty to curb any irregularity in discipline or duties.
  • Liberty Mills Limited promotes work environment in which no form of harassment is used by its supervisory staff towards the workers particularly female workers.
  • Liberty Mills Limited discourages use of any form of verbalism or gestures regarding sexual harassment towards its female staff and workers.
  • Liberty Mills Limited abides to follow legal disciplinary laws and procedures when the need for disciplining any worker arises. Under no circumstances will the concerned manager or section Incharge resort to using physical means to punish any worker.
  • Liberty Mills Limited does not administrate its security staff to take any disciplinary action directly against its employees.
